Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are highly crystalline inorganic-organic complexes formed from metal ions or clusters and multi-toothed organic ligands. MOFs have great potential for use in antibacterial materials the biological, environmental, food antimicrobial fields. They can act as a reservoir of ions, releasing them gradually leading to sustained effect analogous that proposed oxide nanoparticles (NPs). Herein, UiO-66-NH2 type MOF was first prepared by facile solvothermal method then loaded with Ag NPs form Ag/UiO-66-NH2 composite different were synthesized controlling silver doping amount, which applied an test.
